Type of Roles
1. Participants Role
The first role is that a participant can’t control the meeting room itself.
They can interact with content like the chat pod, but they can’t share information. The camp adjusts the layout or the look and feel of the room, and by default, they’re not able to use things like the webcam or their microphones. Although as a host. You can certainly give them those capabilities as you just sing.
2. Presenters Role
Presenters in a room have a little more power. They’re able to share information so they can share their screen. They can upload documents to the meeting room itself. They can navigate through things like PowerPoint documents clicking to forward each slide.
3. Host Role
The host can adjust the look and the feel of the room and can do things like change layout season the layout bar.

The chat pod is unmoderated. It’s completely open, which means anybody can use it and everybody sees that chat.

Q&A Pods
You will also get feature something called Q&A pods. You can navigate to the menu and choose QA. You will get a pot very similar to chat, but this is what I refer to as moderate chat because You as a host can see two different views.
You can see the presenter’s view. You can also see a Sipping View In this case, anytime one of the participants has a question. That question is seen only by the window and the presenters in the Adobe Connect room.
You can see a question that has been asked. You can select that question to assign it, maybe to one of the other presenters or hosts in the room to answer it.
You can either do it privately to the individual who asked the question or publicly so that everybody can see the question, and everybody can see the answer.
Notes pods

You can have more than a single note pad available on your screen. You can go to the Notes pod, and you can provide some audio information for your attending the meeting to take meeting notes.
Share pod
Share pod is the most potent pod inside for an Adobe Connect meeting.
Share pod can be used to share much different information by default. If you click the share my screen button, you will be able to do desktop sharing either my entire desktop or you can select specific applications or even specific windows on the operating system to share.
