The demio dashboard is spotless and very simple. It just gives you the basics, and I think if we kind of Look at Demio overall, one of the real pain things that stands out to me is it doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles.
It’s got a lot of really standard things that I think you need, but it doesn’t have many extras cluttering. So, it’s a very clean interface. It’s a spotless tool to use in straightforward, but it doesn’t have a lot of them kind of small little features that you might look for kind of the wow factor that some of the other tools have created a new event.
Automatic Recording
Demio allows you to record your webinar automatically in the cloud. When you are delivering the high definition video quality webinar, it will automatically start recording the session, and it will save it on the cloud. Later at any time, you can access it.
Simple to Set up Demio Webinar
You just simply start by clicking add a new event, and it creates the event for you quickly, and efficiently you set the date of the event. As soon as you click continue, you’ve got a webinar ready to go.
You’ve already got a registration URL. You’re ready to go. It’s that quick and easy to get started with setting up the webinar right out of the gate.
Private Chat
A couple of little things to consider as you’re setting up your webinar in the webinar preferences for some reason. Demio sets the chat in the webinar is the default in private. Demio always got it set to private in the first time. However, you can make sure to set the chat option over the public. Public chat option is one of the essential elements within a webinar adding so much energy and so much vibrancy to the live event itself and is kind of replacing a lot of what we lose by having an online event by giving people kind of physical interaction with Other people which created tremendous energy in a webinar.

Add extra co-presenters and moderators.
Here’s where you also add extra co-presenters and moderators that’s worth of them. You are allowed to have multiple co-presenters turned on, and it’s an excellent seamless interface to bring them on. It’s an excellent multi presenter platform. There are no issues as far as having multiple people on screen and being able to engage in the webinar. This is one of the things that I like about demio, and I wish more webinar platforms would have this.
System Check
it’s called the Demio system check. Demio, first of all tests your audio and video input to make sure that all of your physical assets are working correctly for the webinar, and you can see it all the work. Here but this is the one that I like the speed test it goes through, and it checks your connection and makes sure that your upload and download links from your internet connection are robust enough to be able to deliver a good quality webinar.
In case if there are any issues, they will tell you they say, I’m fantastic. I have an excellent internet connection as I. Still But have fiber to the wall. Still, But that’s a thing that you always want to check because the you know, there are enough variable issues that cause webinars to go off the rails. If your upload or download link, if you aren’t getting a proper feed going through from your computer, that, of course, is going to be trouble. We have integrated Demio with the third-party software service so that when people register for the webinar that that registration would then carry through and In sync with it. Now the process of registering people for multiple webinars involves quite a few different steps. The first point, of course, is you set up a registration page where people register you capture the name and email address. Then you have to send them a notification that they are properly registered and give them the link to be able to attend the webinar. At the same time, you should be taking that information and in our as I was mentioning Migrate that information into your CRM so that you can contact those people in the future, and you could add them to appropriate lists Etc.
So all that’s done through systems Integrations within Demio pretty easy to set up. No better or worse than anybody else’s integration that has full integration.
Landing Page/Registration Page
But if we look at the pieces of that Puzzle first piece of that puzzle, Is the registration page is the actual landing page where people register and, in that case, Demio is good at such a cheap demio pricing. Demio has a basic and easy to understand registration page. This page allows people to register captures their information. It does a good job.
If you want to create a fancier landing page for people to register for your webinar and tell them a little bit more about your webinar, you can go in, and you can launch an editor that they have included in Demio.
Now a lot of other webinar packages really up to and the dust they’ve got very compelling and beautiful landing pages that are set up as templates in Demio. You’ve got to go in, and you’ve got to build out your landing page yourself, or I think in the case of if I was using Demio on. Ongoing basis, I would use this feature here and embed code that would allow me to take the registration module and put it on my own. The landing page we would create that in another web tool to develop more compelling invites for people to register.
Remainder Sequence
Make sure that people get reminders and notifications at the webinar is coming up. Because sometimes they’ve signed up several days before and then they forget so we all set up some sort of a reminder sequence to let people know that the webinar is in the coming soon.
Demio again has just as I mentioned off the very top. They sort of doing a minimum viable product and as far as their email autoresponder sequences that they allow you to deliver. For example, you can’t determine the timing of webinar notifications going up. They have a pre-set with an instant confirmation when people register. Which is good, and they add all the shortcodes for you, meaning that they put in all of the links, including the prison’s made to personalize it and the time of the Are that they all draw from your original setup screens. So, it’s straightforward to do this process of setting up your follow-up email sequence.
You can have a 24-hour notification of one hour and a 15-minute notification, and that’s it. Now you can customize those notifications with the verbiage that we use and the text Etc, but we can’t send a follow-up email After the webinar, for example, nor can we send one say 12 hours before if we thought that was in our sequence.
Solid Database
One thing Demio does they do maintain an excellent database of all the people who sign up for your webinars. You can see the unique number of people who signed up for those webinars. You can export this entire list as an email list, which is useful so that you can Email to those people or even better you can take these days. You can create a custom look-alike audience for doing online marketing such as Facebook, where you can get people that look similar. You could even market to these people through Facebook. Once that are then ones that are signed up with the same email address on Facebook at least so gives you some additional options as far as your online marketing because of how they manage the content database for you as well. That’s pretty useful.

Now once you go live with Demio, it shows its capability based on webrtc meaning it’s a browser-based delivery where you are regardless of what web browser people are using. They can view it without having to download a dedicated application.

Hybrid Type of Webinar
Now, as far as your other webinar assets adding a slideshow to it or, more importantly, rolling video into Demio. Demio allows us to roll new video into the live webinar, and we love doing this style of a webinar called a hybrid webinar.
The hybrid webinar is a combination of pre-recorded and live webinar stuff where you can present the content live. Still, the central demo part you may prefer to pre-record and then upload to Youtube or another video service. So, that I can stream that in as much like a TV show live TV show would roll be a role in where they’ve got a story that they pre-recorded that’s nice and packaged and composed.

You can see as people wreck who just came online how long they stayed. When they started to leave the webinar, and then you can place that against the content of the webinar. And if I had a precipitous fall, you could say oh, what did I do here that caused so many people to believe to switch, and you can learn to deliver more effective and more compelling content as a result of these sort of analytics.

You can also go in and see the entire chat roll here so you can find a precious insight. Not going through and seeing what people were saying because when you are presenting, you are not necessarily seeing everything that’s happening in chat.

Demio is a robust platform as far as its value goes. I think it’s a good value. Every single thought from you is never going to find the perfect one. So, finding a platform that works for you. As I have mentioned many times is the key to get the right platform for your need.
