You will find people are tuning in to your webinar from all over the world. And then, you should keep asking them a few questions throughout your presentation.
You can keep it simple and do questions that require yes or no. No, but that keeps people engaged and having fun with your presentation. And then, because you are alive, make sure that you give people an opportunity to ask questions at the end. So I recommend doing a live Question and answers that will help you keep the webinar engaging for a considerable time.
5. Email Reminders
I feel like when people first get started with marketing, they’re like, oh, I sent one email like nobody showed up. Okay. Yeah, you have to give them a bit more than one email. So I recommend emailing them frequently. Sending an email reminder 15 minutes before the beginning of the webinar to make sure that people show up helps a lot.
- You can create automated email reminders under each sales rep.
- You can also create manual email templates for reps that communicate one-on-one with the participant.
- You can set up an automated email to notify reps about the registered webinar.
These email reminder strategies will help them engage and close those prospects down the road.
Getting ‘N’ registrants doesn’t mean they all will show up after all. If you promote your webinar one to two weeks in advance, a portion of your registrants is likely to forget when the live date comes around. Remember to send out reminders, emails the day before and day of the live event to ensure a high live attendance rate.

Once the webinar is done, it’s time to make sure you are ready to close leads. Send a follow-up email to your reps.
